First, we will set up 15 minutes to speak on the phone. This is an opportunity to begin learning about who you are and what kinds of changes you'd like to make in your life. Based on this call we will determine if scheduling a first session feels right.

In our first session, we will further explore what led you to reach out and what you hope to transform in therapy. Moving forward, we will continue to clarify what you want to work on and collaboratively develop ways to address your needs.

Therapy sessions focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, body sensations and behavior within the context of your family history and life now. Our goal is to expand your existing strengths and work collaboratively towards living the life you want.
